Duo Trends uses PostNL for all shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your order and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Delivery Times
The expected delivery times for shipments with PostNL are typically 2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Return Policy

Returning Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the products are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

On Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns outside of Europe are not accepted.

The item(s) that you choose to return can be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable, and you cover the cost of the return.

Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact us at info@duotrends.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your return via PostNL.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we ask that you return the original product and place a new order.
