RETURNS

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

We offer free returns within the Benelux, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
If the product shows signs of damage, wear, or other defects, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For returns outside the Benelux, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All international returns must be shipped with a track & trace code to ensure proper delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer service and include "Return" in the subject of your message.
You will receive your return label (for Benelux returns) by email within 24 hours.
